When the guitar is tuned as directed in Book Two, the Pinkie(s) assist(s) the Rock-iT Barre Chord Device in playing advanced chords.
The Double Pinkie is used for the Major, Seventh, Minor, Minor 7th, Sixth, Minor 6th, Major Seventh, Minor(Major 7th) and Diminished 7th chords (click to watch video). The Single Pinkie is used to play the Sus 7, Sus 7(add9) 7(add6), 7(add9), and Minor 7(add9) chords. Both devices can also be used in playing techniques that you create on your own!
